Acucap Properties Limited (Acucap) is a JSE-listed property fund with a market capitalisation of c. R3.4 billion (at May 2008). The company is a property holding company focused on the ownership of investment properties through its wholly owned subsidiaries. In May 2006, Thesele purchased a 10% equity stake in Acucap. Sello Moloko and Felleng Sekha serve as Non-Executive Directors of Acucap Properties Limited. Lance Katz serves as an alternate Director.
